How Phanes Is Priced

Phanes charges for the discovery work the engine measurably performs — nothing else. A base tier bundles an included quota of OUROBOROS rounds; usage beyond the bundle is metered, per round.

A round is one turn of the loop — a goal proposed, a falsifier fired against it, a saturation check — and it is already a first-class, measured quantity in every job's result. Billing per round means your invoice maps exactly to the verified work done: no seats, no opaque bundles, no charge for a round the engine did not run. Payments are processed by Stripe; card data never touches Phanes.

What You Pay For

The round, not the seat: the OUROBOROS round is the unit — the actual unit of discovery work. You are not billed per user or per project; you are billed for the rounds the engine ran.
A predictable base: each tier bundles a fixed quota of included rounds, so the recurring cost is known up front — no open-ended exposure for finance to sign off.
Metered overage only: beyond the bundle, usage is metered per round. The metered component aligns the bill with the compute actually consumed — heavy use costs more, light use costs less, and an idle account costs nothing extra.

Tiers & Numbers

Concrete tier names, included quotas, and the per-round price are being finalized against measured infrastructure cost.

Phanes does not publish a number it has not verified — the same real-limits-first honesty that governs the engine governs the price list. For early-access pricing, or to size a plan for your team, get in touch.
